Terrazzo Stone with Shell Chips For Flooring and Tables Designs

Precast Cement Terrazzo Tile is a poured-in-place or precast composite material used for floor and wall applications. New Technology Terrazzo Stone Slab is made up of marble, quartz, granite, glass, or other appropriate material chips that have been poured with a cementitious binder (for chemical binding), a polymeric binder (for physical binding), or a mixture of the two. Metal strips are frequently used to split areas or to vary the color or material of a design. Before the mixture settles, you may top it with more chips. It is ground and polished smooth or otherwise treated after curing to give an evenly textured surface. The term "terrazzo" is often used to designate any pattern that resembles the original Terrazzo Stone Flooring Tiles.

① High hardness, wear resistance, aging resistance, stain resistance

Terrazzo surface hardness up to 6-8, not easy to crack, and wear-resistant, aging resistance, stain resistance, and other effects.

②High value, colorful

As we mentioned before, terrazzo is made of crushed stone and cement, so when making it, we can choose different colors and colors according to our preferences, which is nothing to say in terms of value.

③Not easy to dust, high cleanliness

Terrazzo has a high degree of cleanliness and is not easy to dust, which can meet the needs of pharmaceuticals and chip making.

Quality Control

We classify it into 3 grades:

Grade A: few pink hairlines & 1-3 crystallines with a width of less than 2mm per piece;

Grade B: a few pink hairlines & 1-3 crystallines with a width between 2-5mm per piece;

Grade C: a few pink hairlines & some crystallines with all different widths.

So the qualities will be like these:

1st choice ... All grade A pieces, some pieces may not have pink hairlines but normally have crystal lines;

commercial choice ... with both grade A & grade B;

Low quality ... with different qualities mainly for Mid-East market, certainly will have some bad pieces not accepted.

1, L/C at sight

2, T/T: 25% deposit by T/T, the balance by copy of B/L

Trade term: Ex-work, FOB, or CIF are all acceptable

Packing detail:

Slab pack with wooden shelf or crates.

Step and tiles packed with wooden boxes.

All goods are inspected carefully by our QC Before delivery.

It depends on the customer's requirements and quantity.

1. Sample is available?

Yes, the sample is very welcome and without charge,  and the customers only need to bear the freight which will be returned when you do your next FCL order.

 2. How many days for the sample ready?

It depends on the exact requirements, and are we sure no more than one week after confirmation.

3. How to ship samples?

The sample will be delivered by DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc

4.  How to control quality?

The professional QC will inspect and check the quality before loading, and we are responsible for any damage and loss before the goods loading into the container.
