Terrazzo surface

1. Scope of application

(1) Terrazzo surface is one of the higher-level building ground engineerings, and it is also the type of floor and ground surface that is widely used in industrial and civil buildings. Its characteristics are: the surface is flat and smooth, and the appearance is beautiful. Ashcan be made into various color patterns according to design and use requirements, so it has a wide range of applications.

(2) The terrazzo surface layer is suitable for areas with certain moisture-proof (waterproof) requirements and higher dust-proof and clean construction ground projects, such as general assembly workshops and constant temperature and humidity workshops in industrial buildings. In civil and public buildings, it is also more widely used, such as airport terminals, hotel halls and hospitals, dormitory aisles, toilets, dining rooms, conference rooms, offices, and so on.

(3) The terrazzo surface layer can be made into a single natural color and various colored surface layers; according to the functional requirements, it is divided into ordinary terrazzo and high-grade terrazzo surface layers.

(4) The terrazzo surface layer is made by mixing stone particles, cement material as cementing material, and adding water according to the volume ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 (cement: stone particles) to form a mixture, and then laying it on the cement mortar bonding layer.

Packing & Container Loading

We use strong wooden crates with reinforced straps or wooden bundles outside with fumigation. Sometimes, it will also use cartons inside for some products. After the products are packed well, professional workers will load them and fixed them carefully into the container, to avoid breakage during transportation.
