Product Sepecification
All terrazzo countertops are custom built to fit. Contractors can purchase either 2cm or 3cm slabs or a custom countertop that is fabricated together at our in-house precast facility. Each product comes with a polished finish with minimal waste during production.
Not to mention the durability of the surface: The faux terrazzo options live, is water-, stain-, bacteria-, impact-, chemical-, and fire-resistant. Given that real terrazzo kitchen top is made with natural stone, it's more prone to stains and scratches.

We provide free replacement or refund for any shipments with quality problems.
Q2. What is your lead time?
A2: From 2 weeks to 8 weeks, it varies by the quantities of your order. Normally, one 20' feet container order are shipped within 4 weeks.
Q3. What are the shipping methods of samples?
A3: Samples are usually shipped by 4 international courier companies. They are: Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT. If you already have an account with one the above companies, you may ask them to arrange a pick up at our office. Or let us know your account number and we could do this for you.
Q4. Can you send me samples? Are they free?
A4: Yes, we'd love to. They are free of charge unless you need big quantity samples for distributing to your dealers or customers. However, we don't provide free shipping. The international shipping cost will be borne at your side.
