Product Specification
Porcelain panel is a kind of wall decorative panel. It is made of natural stone and some inorganic clay, which is processed by some special process and finally made by vacuum extrusion molding or automatic closed computer-controlled orbital kiln firing up to 1200℃. The thickness of porcelain slabs is much thinner than ordinary stone. Common porcelain slabs have the following two characteristics.
①: The thickness of porcelain slabs is much thinner than conventional tile or stone. The thinnest porcelain slab that can be seen on the market today refers to just 3mm. The other is that the size of porcelain slabs is relatively large. As the specifications of the conventional use of porcelain slabs are 3600mm x 1200mm. So there are certain requirements for our installation.
②: The installation process of porcelain slab. At this stage, the common installation process of porcelain slabs is to use adhesive for installation.
