3、Batching: After the material selection, the material will be transported into the mixing system. The materials are fully mixed in the gravity-free mixer to eliminate the problem of material color difference and uneven particles. After the mixing is finished, it will be transported to the corresponding batching bin, and the batching system will automatically batch the materials during production.
4、Mixing: The unsaturated polyester resin, pigment, additives, and granular powder will be fully mixed.
5、Processing: The mixed material will be mixed through the conveyor belt and enter into the fabric car, and then the fabric car will evenly cloth the material into the fabric mold frame.
6、Vacuum high-frequency vibration pressing plate: After the fabric is finished, it will be transferred to the press equipment and vibrated and pressed under the vacuum condition of -0.1MPa.
7、Heating and curing: After pressing, the blank will be heated and shaped in the curing oven at 85-110℃.
8、Setting thickness polishing: After curing, the blank is cooled down for 24 hours and entered into the setting thickness equipment for setting thickness.
9、Polishing: After the thickness is fixed, it will be polished by a 20-head polishing machine with water grinding. According to different needs, polishing until the gloss degree reaches 40-70°.
10、Inspection: The appearance quality of the plate is inspected.
11、Cutting: Use longitudinal and transverse cutting, bridge cutting machine equipment to cut the product to the required size.
12、Packaging into storage: The cut products are air-dried and packaged well and kept in the warehouse.
