The Cement Tile Shop, which has showrooms in Tampa and Scottsdale, offers a more traditional style of granite tiles. Granite terrazzo tiles have delivery options from companies such as Mosaic del Sur (which also has a showroom in the UK and Europe), which cover the entire US and some European countries, as well as a host of other countries.     

Terrazzo is cast in concrete on site (in your home), and specialist installers apply a sanded and sealed surface to create a seamless, similar-looking terrazzo surface. Teraustic cement variants (also called granito) can be used instead and are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, as well as in various sizes and shapes. Terrazzo-Mix can then be cast in situ, set in shapes or placed in tile slabs, creating a customised - built-in installation.

Although some stones, such as granite and marble, have a natural lustre, a polished surface means that the lustre of the stone is removed and a matt surface remains. To prevent staining of the tile, it is recommended to seal it during installation, depending on the purpose. The only precaution when evaluating a sealer is that much of the information is about applying concrete sealants to slabs, not raised floor slabs. Cement and natural stones are slightly porous, so tiles need to be sealed and embedded much more tightly than cement tiles. If tiles mark, there is a good chance that they are patterned tiles or even marble.

Quality Control

1).Polished degree:  95 degree up.

2). Thickness tolerance: +/-1mm or +/-2mm,depending on your quality demand.

3). QC checks piece by piece strictly based on your quality demand before packing.

We classify it as 3 grades:
Grade A: few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with width less than 2mm per piece;
Grade B: a few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with width between 2-5mm per piece;
Grade C: a few pink hair lines & some crystal lines with all different widths.
So the qualities will be like these:
1st choice ... All grade A pieces, some pieces may not have pink hair lines but normally have crystal lines;
commercial choice ... with both grade A & grade B;
Low quality ... with different qualities mainly for Mid-East market, certainly will have some bad pieces not accepted.

1) Q: What's your sample policy and sample lead time?

A: Small samples are free. Even the courier fee will be refunded after you place the order. The lead time for small sample is 1~3 days.

2) Q: What's your MOQ?

A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 m2.

B: Other items depends, such as tombstones can be MOQ 1 Set, Baluster 10 pieces etc.

3) Q: How do I know the quality of the products?

A: We'll send you the order update and product pictures for you to see for yourself. QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd QC agent is accepted.

4) Q: What's your payment term?

A: 30% deposit by TT, balance against copy of B/L.

5) Q: What's your production lead time?

A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
