The existing floor was removed and the concrete surface roughened to ensure the correct adhesion of the terrazzo compound. If the substrate was very smooth, a binder was required to allow concrete to adhere well to its surface. The terrozzo was crushed with a sander and, after thorough hardening, ground to a smooth surface by the helpers using a tiller.

If you live in a house with young children or elderly residents who would be better off with a different floor covering, you should take a closer look at your terrazzo floor before you have a concrete floor anywhere else. Epoxy-based terrozzo will not peel off or lose its colour as easily as cement-based terrazzo and marble, but it will peel off more easily when used outdoors. A fall on a terrace floor feels like a concrete walkway. I refuse to sacrifice style, and I firmly believe in the safety and comfort of concrete floors, especially for children and the elderly. So when you walk on the concrete pavement, you will feel the fall of terrezzo floors - one - fall.

1.Neutral carton with pallet. Normally ,for 4mm mosaics ,22 sheets in one carton,72 cartons in one pallet,20 pallets in one container,total 2880 SQM;for 8mm mosaics,11 sheets in one carton,72 cartons in one pallets,also 20 pallets in one container,total 1440 SQM .

Q1: How to test the WATER ABSORPTION RATE of tiles?

A simple method is to pour colored water (like ink/water) on the back of the tile, if ink diffuses, its water absorption is low, otherwise, the ink would seep into the tile. Another method, to touch the back of tile body, the more powder you got, the higher water absorption will be.

Q2:How many days will effect shipment after deposit?

If stock available, we can deliver goods within 7 days after received deposit. If not, it would be about 25 days for new production.

Q3: Can we customize our own cartons without extra charge?

Yes, friend. For the regular producing tiles, if you order more than 5000 CTNS per order, cartons can be customized for free.
