Quartz stone, as we usually call it, is a new type of stone artificially synthesized from more than 90% quartz crystals plus resins and other trace elements. It is a large-size plate pressed by special machines under certain physical and chemical conditions, and its main material is quartz.
Quartz is a mineral that easily turns into liquid form when subjected to heat or pressure. It is also a fairly common rock-forming mineral and is found in all three major rock types. Because it is the most recent of the igneous rocks to crystallize, it usually lacks a complete crystal surface and is mostly filled in with other rock-forming minerals that crystallized first.
