Quartz worktops are made from artificial stone and consist of 90-93% crushed quartz and 7-10% resin, other binders, and dyes. The ratio of quartz to resin varies depending on the quality of the quartz slab produced by the countertop brand.

Before production

A sample offer is available, you need to pay for the delivery cost, and we will deduct it from the total amount when you place the order(Meet the quantity requirements).

During production

We will take pictures for Material Selection, Polish Edge Detail, Quality Inspection, Packaging, and loading. You can also arrange the third party Inspection.

After production

We will make some compensation for goods damaged due to my company's fault.

Packing and Loading about Quartz

Inner packing:

1. For tiles: every 6~10 pieces are in one foam/paper box

2. For slabs: packed in strong wooden bundles

3. For countertops: pad with foamed plastics, then packed in fumigated wooden crates, reinforced with metal straps outside

Out packing:

We use strong wooden crates with reinforced straps or wooden bundles outside with fumigation. Sometimes, it will also use cartons inside for some products. After the products are packed well, professional workers will load them and fix them carefully into the container, to avoid breakage during transportation.

1) Q: What's your sample policy and sample lead time?

A: Small samples are free. Even the courier fee will be refunded after you place the order. The lead time for a small sample is 1~3 day.

2) Q: What's your MOQ?

A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 m2.

B: Other items depend, such as tombstones can be MOQ 1 Set, Baluster 10 pieces, etc.

3) Q: How do I know the quality of the products?

A: We'll send you the order update and product pictures for you to see for yourself. QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd QC agent is accepted.

4) Q: What's your payment term?

A: 30% deposit by TT, balance against copy of B/L.

5) Q: What's your production lead time?

A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
