White Marble Porcelain Tile Bathroom is made of natural raw materials through a special process, pressed by a press of more than 10,000 tons (more than 15,000 tons), combined with advanced production technology, and passed through a high temperature of more than 1200°C. It is a new type of porcelain material with super large specifications that can withstand cutting, drilling, grinding, and other processing processes.

Ceramic rock slabs are mainly used in household and kitchen board fields. As a new species in the home furnishing field, compared with other home furnishing products, Yanban Home Furnishing has the characteristics of large specifications, strong moldability, diverse colors, high-temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, anti-permeability, acid and alkali resistance, zero formaldehyde, environmental protection, and health.

Quality Control

We classify it into 3 grades:
Grade A: few pink hairlines & 1-3 crystallines with a width less than 2mm per piece;
Grade B: a few pink hairlines & 1-3 crystallines with width between 2-5mm per piece;
Grade C: a few pink hairlines & some crystallines with all different widths.
So the qualities will be like these:
1st choice ... All grade A pieces, some pieces may not have pink hairlines but normally have crystal lines;
commercial choice ... with both grade A & grade B;
Low quality ... with different qualities mainly for Mid-East market, certainly will have some bad pieces not accepted.

Delivery, Shipping, And Service

1. Packing: white Carrara marble slabs would be inspected by our QC firstly, after the quality has been approved, we will clean the surface then put them on the wooden bundles. Usually, it is 15 pcs/pallet. We will add rebar between the bundle to strengthen the steady of the pallet.

2.Loading: We will use a machine to put the bundles into the container carefully, usually one 20'GP container can load 8 bundles. After loading, strong bundles will be added between each bundle to make they are steady during transportation.
