Q: What Is Porcelain Slab Made?

A: What is a porcelain plate? Porcelain is made of fine clay and a mineral called kaolinite. Feldspar, silica, and mineral oxides usually appear naturally in clay, increasing strength and color. And a mixture of the clay mineral is heated at a high temperature incredible. Porcelain is very dense and non-porous. That's what makes porcelain has a reason for anti-water and anti-bacterial capabilities. Porcelain is also resistant to staining, which is crucial for the table.

* Inclusions: 

No more than two (2) pits, inclusions, contaminants, voids, or bubbles at a maximum diameter of 1.5 mm allowed on a 1220mm X 2440mm sheet.

* All sheets are to be covered with protective masking.

* Surface: 

No more than two (2) scratches, scuffs, streaks, irregularity, or texture flaws at a maximum length of 3 mm are allowed on a 1220mm X 2440mm sheet. Surface damage will be evidenced by damages in protective masking.

* Top material surface is to be planed and smooth with no evidence of machine lines.

* Bottom material surface is permitted to be course with machine patterns.

We use strong wooden crates with reinforced straps or wooden bundles outside with fumigation. Sometimes, it will also use cartons inside for some products. After the products are packed well, professional workers will load them and fixed them carefully into the container, to avoid breakage during transportation.

1 Q: What sizes of quartz slabs are available from STRONG QAURTZ? 
    A: Regular size is 126"*63" (3200*1600mm) and 118"*55" (3000*1400mm), and other customized sizes (2000~3200mm) * (1000~1600mm) are also available. 
2 Q: Can you customize according to customer samples?
   A: We have more than 100+ colors ,other colors pls send us the small samples .
3 Q:How can I get the quotation of a project with quartz stone.
   A: Pls send us the drawing for this project and we will communicate with you about the details about what you need. Then we will offer the quotation according to your demand.
4 Q: What is your MOQ? Can I mix colors in one Container? 
   A: MOQ is 30 pcs, you can mix 3 colors maximum in one 20ft container.Before That, We will check stock of the item for clients, if there is a stock, Less than 30 pcs is ok.
5 Q: Is it possible to do the OEM? 
    A: Yes, STRONGQUARTZ provides the OEM service by printing customer's Logo or company name. 
6 Q: How many days when we place an order?
   A: It depends on the quantity that you need and the other customers orders .Usually we will delivery in 30 days when we confirm the order.
7 Q:How about your payment terms?
    A: 30% T/T as deposit +70% T/T before loading container
8 Q: Do you supply samples before order?
    A: yes, samples are free.
