Our quality control division is well-established to implement strict and scientific quality control procedures. (including thickness tolerance, color vary, angle tolerance and finishing face). Relevant records was kept well, which is approved by SGS Auditors.

We have a professional inspection team who will check the goods from block cutting ,finishing, packing and loading into the container,

If the surface is polished, then the degree will be 90 and up. Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.5, +/-1mm.

Each procedure will be double checked by 2 inspectors.

Clear product pictures will be sent by email to customers before shipment.

1>Natural glossiness must be reach 90 degree or up.

2>Thickness tolerance: +1mm.

3>Diagonal tolerance: +1mm.

4>Surface flatness tolerance: +0.3mm.

5>Adjacent edge verticality tolerance: +0.5mm.

Packing and Loading about Distressed Wood Look Porcelain Tile

1. Packing: white carrara marble slabs would be inspected by our QC firstly, after the quality been approved, we will clean the surface then put them on the wooden bundles. Usually it is 15 pcs/pallet. We will add rebar between the bundle to strengthen the steady of pallet. 

2.Loading: We will use machine to put the bundles into the container carefully, usually one 20'GP container can load 8 bundles. After loading, strong bundles will added between each bundles to make they are steady during transportation. 

Safest packing material and skilled packing workers, ensure the safest package during loading and shipping.

1. The sheets' surface will be protected by PET.

2. Lay the wooden pallet.

3. Protected by chipboard.

4. Reinforce sheets with steel strip.

1) Q: What's your sample policy and sample lead time?

A: Small samples are free. Even the courier fee will be refunded after you place the order. The lead time for small sample is 1~3 days.

2) Q: What's your MOQ?

A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 m2.

B: Other items depends, such as tombstones can be MOQ 1 Set, Baluster 10 pieces etc.

3) Q: How do I know the quality of the products?

A: We'll send you the order update and product pictures for you to see for yourself. QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd QC agent is accepted.

4) Q: What's your payment term?

A: 30% deposit by TT, balance against copy of B/L.

5) Q: What's your production lead time?

A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
