There was some good reason for that in the past, but times are changing! Porcelain countertops are strong, durable, water and bacteria-resistant … the list goes on. Porcelain slabs for countertops can also be made in a wide variety of looks. This makes the design choices for your commercial or residential kitchen much more flexible.

Q: What Is Porcelain Slab Made?

A: What is a porcelain plate? Porcelain is made of fine clay and a mineral called kaolinite. Feldspar, silica, and mineral oxides usually appear naturally in clay, increasing strength and color. And a mixture of the clay mineral is heated at a high temperature incredible. Porcelain is very dense and non-porous. That's what makes porcelain has a reason for anti-water and anti-bacterial capabilities. Porcelain is also resistant to staining, which is crucial for the table.

Quality Control

We classify it into 3 grades:

Grade A: few pink hairlines & 1-3 crystallines with a width less than 2mm per piece;

Grade B: a few pink hairlines & 1-3 crystallines with width between 2-5mm per piece;

Grade C: a few pink hairlines & some crystallines with all different widths.

So the qualities will be like these:

1st choice ... All grade A pieces, some pieces may not have pink hairlines but normally have crystal lines;

commercial choice ... with both grade A & grade B;

Low quality ... with different qualities mainly for Mid-East market, certainly will have some bad pieces not accepted.

Delivery, Shipping, And Service

 1. Packing  Details:

     1. Quartz slabs packed in wooden frames suitable for ocean shipment.

     2. Each slab is covered and protected by plastic film.

     3.15pcs of 2cm slabs packed each bundle, and 7 bundles fit in a 20’GP container.

     4.10pcs of 3cm slabs packed each bundle, and 7 bundles fit in a 20’GP container.

     5. Unit weight of 2cm slab is 48kg/Square meter and 3cm slab is 72kg/Square meter.

15-30 days from receipt of deposit. 

FAQ

1) Q: What's your sample policy and sample lead time?

A: Small samples are free. Even the courier fee will be refunded after you place the order. The lead time for a small sample is 1~3 days.

2) Q: What's your MOQ?

A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 m2.

B: Other items depend, such as tombstones can be MOQ 1 Set, Baluster 10 pieces etc.

3) Q: How do I know the quality of the products?

A: We'll send you the order update and product pictures for you to see for yourself. QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd QC agent is accepted.

4) Q: What's your payment term?

A: 30% deposit by TT, balance against copy of B/L.

5) Q: What's your production lead time?

A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
