If you need tiles to bypass obstacles such as pipes or windows, you can make tailor-made cuts with tile pliers. If your wall is free at the top, bullnose tiles can be used, but choose the same tiles for both sides of the wall and place them in a single layer on the top wall, rather than two or three layers on each side. 

The hardness not only makes the tiles scratch-resistant, but they are also less prone to cracking caused by heavy pots and pans that accidentally fall on them. Large porcelain tiles can be up to 5 cm thick and up to 0.5 cm thin. You can even lay existing tiles on top of each other in a single layer, rather than in two layers on each side.

With less than 5% absorption, most porcelain stoneware tiles are suitable for exterior walls, but always consult with your supplier. If you use a mortar bed on the wall to glue the slats, build up the beads and place them correctly, you should be able to paint the floor so flat that the wall is tolerant. Exterior tiles with thin mortar should have a thickness of at least 1.5 cm and an absorption rate of 5 - 10%.

    A: Regular size is 126"*63" (3200*1600mm) and 118"*55" (3000*1400mm), and other customized sizes (2000~3200mm) * (1000~1600mm) are also available.

    A: Yes, STRONGQUARTZ provides the OEM service by printing customer's Logo or company name.
