Refer to Nano Crystal Stone or Nano Glass Stone, 2 main colors are known in markets, one is pure white nano glass stone, and the other one is a pure black crystallized stone. But now, in our factory, a new color that looks like natural marble, but has a higher gloss surface, is Nano Glass Calacatta Marble Slab.

As a new color of Nano Glass Stone, Calacatta Crystallized Marble is suitable for large public buildings, office buildings, refined decoration of residence, wall facades, commercial complexes, and star hotel projects, with a large range of applications from floor, wall, countertops

Nano-crystallized glass tile is manufactured from a blend of natural materials that is 75 percent silica and 25 percent other natural minerals. The mixture is poured into a mold to form either a slab or a tile, and Crystallized Glass Panel is heated to a temperature ranging from 1,550 degrees Celsius to 1,800 degrees C. for 24 to 26 hours. The high temperatures and the length of time align the molecules of the glass on a nanoscopic scale, which Nano Crystallized Glass Panel retains upon cooling and hardening.

Packaging Details: 
By strong wooden bundles; Strong fumigated wooden crates with plastic and foam inside; According to customer's requirements.
Gangsaw slab: 10-12 pieces per bundle for 20mm slab, 7-9 pieces per bundle for 30mm slab, 7 bundles in 20' container; 
Half slab: 25-30 pieces per bundle for 20mm slab, 15-20 pieces per bundle for 30mm slab, 7-9 bundles in 20' container.
