Let's start with a quick overview.
Why do you think that is? The English name for the porcelain slab is SINTERED STONE, and the Chinese literal translation is "sintered stone."
Porcelain slabs are crushed by tens of thousands of tons of presses, combined with NDD inkjet technology, and sintered at temperatures above 1200°C since they are made of natural raw materials like quartz, feldspar, and oxides that create color through a unique process.
Ceramic-based board
It's referred to as CERAMIC BOARD in English and "ceramic board" in Chinese.
Is a term used to describe a variety of inorganic non-metallic materials such as clay, ore, and other manufacturing methods that include the formation of plate ceramic goods with a surface area of more than 1.62 square meters and subsequently calcination at high temperatures below 1200 °C.
Now that there have been so many literary and clear descriptions, it's time to highlight the contrasts.
Porcelain slabs are, for starters, larger than ceramic slabs.
Ceramic plate sizes are 900 * 1800mm, 1200 * 2400mm, and so on; porcelain plate sizes are 1000 * 3000mm, 1600 * 3200mm, 1500 * 3000mm, and so on, with thicknesses ranging from 3/6 to 12mm.
The rate at which water is absorbed is the second factor.
Ceramic boards absorb less water than porcelain boards.
The ceramic board absorbs around 0.5 percent of the water, but the porcelain board absorbs only 0.02 percent. The density of porcelain board is higher, and it is water resistant.
This is exactly what the ceramic slab was unable to achieve.
Through-body technology, which is tougher than most ceramic tiles and makes the slabs smooth, is used to create four true through-body porcelain slabs. Porcelain slab surface treatment needs extremely precise and sophisticated processing processes, especially for keeping stone transparency and surface texture feel. The surface process of porcelain slabs often demands many fine high-definition inkjet processing in order for the texture to play a progressive and layered transition.
Porcelain wall panel.
(1) Fire and high-temperature resistance in the presence of a 2000°C open fire that causes no physical changes.
2)Stain-resistance
3)A wide variety of applications; the application is not restricted to decorative construction materials; home panels may also be used.
(4) Customization flexibility, based on designer or visitor preferences for private customization, in accordance with your more inventive thoughts
