Quality Control

Before production

A sample offer is available, you need to pay for the delivery cost, we will deduct it from the total amount when you place the order(Meet the quantity requirements).

During production

We will take pictures for Material Selection, Polish Edge Detail, Quality Inspection, Packaging, and loading. You can also arrange the third-party Inspection.

After production

We will make some compensation for goods damaged due to my company's fault.

Our quality control division is well-established to implement strict and scientific quality control procedures. (including thickness tolerance, color vary, angle tolerance, and finishing face). Relevant records were kept well, which is approved by SGS Auditors.

We have a professional inspection team who will check the goods from block cutting,finishing, packing, and loading into the container,

If the surface is polished, then the degree will be 90 and up. Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.5, +/-1mm.

Each procedure will be double-checked by 2 inspectors.

Clear product pictures will be sent by email to customers before shipment.

Delivery, Shipping, And Service

1) Slabs with wooden bundles;

2) Tiles and another cut to size products with wooden crates or pallets;

3) Pebble stones and stone chips should be packed with PVC or woven bags;

4) All the wooden packaging should be Treated and Marked in compliance with ISPM 15;

5) We can load 18-27tons of goods in one 20 feet container, the cargo weight depends on different countries raw;

6) We can ship the cargos by vessel, truck, train or airplane.

FAQ

1) Q: What's your sample policy and sample lead time?

A: Small samples are free. Even the courier fee will be refunded after you place the order. The lead time for a small sample is 1~3 days.

2) Q: What's your MOQ?

A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 m2.

B: Other items depends, such as tombstones can be MOQ 1 Set, Baluster 10 pieces etc.

3) Q: How do I know the quality of the products?

A: We'll send you the order update and product pictures for you to see for yourself. QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd QC agent is accepted.

4) Q: What's your payment term?

A: 30% deposit by TT, balance against copy of B/L.

5) Q: What's your production lead time?

A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP. Faster lead time is available upon
