We are committed to being positive & aggressive in our attitude towards quality and customer service. We will not allow quality to take second place behind cost or schedule as this is our basic strategy for growth.

* Inclusions: 

No more than two (2) pits, inclusions, contaminants, voids, or bubbles at a maximum diameter of 1.5 mm are allowed on a 1220mm X 2440mm sheet.

* All sheets are to be covered with protective masking.

* Surface: 

No more than two (2) scratches, scuffs, streaks, irregularity, or texture flaws at a maximum length of 3 mm are allowed on a 1220mm X 2440mm sheet. Surface damage will be evidenced by damages in protective masking.

* Top material surface is to be planned and smooth with no evidence of machine lines.

* Bottom material surface is permitted to be course with machine patterns.

Packing and Loading about Artificial Marble

Packing  Details:

     1. Quartz slabs packed in wooden frames suitable for ocean shipment.

     2. Each slab is covered and protected by plastic film.

     3.15pcs of 2cm slabs packed each bundle, and 7 bundles fit in a 20’GP container.

     4.10pcs of 3cm slabs packed each bundle, and 7 bundles fit in a 20’GP container.

     5. Unit weight of a 2cm slab is 48kg/Square meter and the 3cm slab is 72kg/Square meter.

1) Q: What's your sample policy and sample lead time?

A: Small samples are free. Even the courier fee will be refunded after you place the order. The lead time for a small sample is 1~3 days.

2) Q: What's your MOQ?

A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 m2.

B: Other items depend, such as tombstones can be MOQ 1 Set, Baluster 10 pieces, etc.

3) Q: How do I know the quality of the products?

A: We'll send you the order update and product pictures for you to see for yourself. QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd QC agent is accepted.

4) Q: What's your payment term?

A: 30% deposit by TT, balance against copy of B/L.
