Characteristics of Artificial Marble Table Tops

①Gangstone mostly uses organic pigments of different colours, organic pigments are not resistant to sunlight, moisture, acid and alkali, etc., and are easily faded or even discoloured.

②Gangstone most of the glue content is high, on the one hand, resulting in stone texture is not strong, the decoration effect is not up to grade, on the other hand, the glue thermal expansion and contraction range is large, the product is easy to deformation warped, short life, in addition, its glue generally contains a volatile toxic gas, harmful to the human body.

③Gangstone due to process reasons, a lot of pores, poor impact resistance, and easy to bleed stain bleeding colour, poor resistance to disease, its gloss is false, easy to be worn, not lasting.

④ with marble powder as the raw material of the granite is not acid-resistant, because its main component is CaCO3, CaCO3 and acid easy reaction and decomposition; marble powder and binder hardness are very low, so the hardness of the granite is also very low, generally less than Mohs hardness 3, so not wear-resistant, not resistant to scratching, easy to scratch.

⑤ The first generation of granite contains more or less radioactivity due to the composition of marble and granite.

2) Thickness tolerance: -2/+1mm QC check pieces by pieces strictly before packing. 

3) Diagonal tolerance : +/-1mm

4) Surface flatness tolerance: +/-0.3mm

5) Adjacent edge verticality tolerance: +/-0.5mm, Precise Cutting by infrared-ray-cut machine     

Packing and Loading about artificial marble slab

1, L/C at sight

2, T/T: 25% deposit by T/T, the balance by copy of B/L

Trade term: Ex-work, FOB or CIF are all acceptable

Packing detail:

Slab pack with wooden shelf or crates.

Step and tiles packing with wooden boxes.

All of goods are inspected carefully by our QC Before delivery.

Yes, sample is very welcomed and without charge,  and the customers only need bear the freight which will will be return when you do next FCL order.

 2. How many days for sample ready?

It's depend on exact requirements, and we sure no more than one weeks after confirmed.

3. How to ship sample?

The sample will be delivered by DHL, UPS, FeDEX, etc

4.  How to control quality?

The professional QC will inspect and check the quality before loading, and we are responsible for any damage and lost before the goods loading to the container.
